My experience with this clinic has been nothing short of amazing. The staff & doctor is absolutely wonderful! Appointments don't take forever like most offices, staff is friendly and caring. Doctors and nurses answer all questions in ways that you can understand. Front desk lady is very sweet an patient. Lakesha Johnson has been a wonderful doctor!
The only reason why I am rating them a 1 is simply because I can't give them a ZERO!!! Today was my grand daughter 1st appointment with this office... When her mother got there she was turned around because she didn't have ALABAMA Medicaid and has GA Medicaid... When she made the appointment the office was aware that she was just born in Columbus.... As a matter of fact... The Medical Center referred us to this office since its only down the street from my house... My grand daughter mother gets there and was told... "WE CAN'T SEE YOUR BABY WITHOUT A MEDICAL CARD"... and sent her on her way with a website to switch her medicaid over (which was the wrong web address) She called me and I asked did they even offer her to pay for the visit... she stated no however she was going to turn around and go ask if I could pay with my card... They told her that it would cost 70.00... When I asked to speak to the young lady, (Amber or Amanda) she got on the phone and I asked how come they didn't give her an option to pay before she left. This ______ said, "We don't see ANY PATIENTS without them paying upfront... I let her know that MONEY was a problem however you just don't send a baby however when in fact they are suppose to be seen soon after coming out of the hospital... She then gave my grand daughter mother the phone back without saying anything... I then told my grand daughters mother to leave because at this point I felt like we were taking my PUPPY to a veterinarian and not my grand daughter to a pediatrician... To me they made us feel like she was an un-necessary animal that we just wanted and not what we needed. We will now do business in Columbus and not even worry about this Pediatric Center... Amber/Amanda whatever her name was... SHOULD BE FIRED!!! She doesn't represent this office in a professional manner!!!
Great staff and service! Sometimes there is a wait but most times there is not. I would recommend them.
She likes to tell patients about her qualifications from another country. And told a friends child that she'll likely to commit suicide. She's a Quack.
I just wanted to give a personal" THANK YOU" to your extraordinary nurse Amber. She always greets us with a smile and is more than willing to spend extra time answering any questions that me or my family may have. I have a family of 6 and have been coming here for two years. We absolutely love the staff and it's super convenient for our busy family. Thank you all for taking care of our needs and especially Amber for treating us like family!
