I was told one day to come back after I scheduled an appointment because he could not take care of my mom and I. We cqme back and he still could not see us both. I will never come back here.
I get a pedicure from here often and I will say that they do an amazing job. Unlike most places i've been too, they actually take their time and massage your legs and feet. It is very relaxing.
Kevin has always done good on my nails!! I would recommend making an appointment before going in! I've been going here for a good while and always request Kevin to do my nails!

Simply ridiculous! I came to get a refill 3 different times and was told by Kevin to come back because he has no staff members to help. He mentioned that he will be getting help in 10 days. However, it was annoying to be told to come back later each time. I will no longer come here. The other customers were right to give this nail salon a bad rating. Do yourself a favor and listen to the warnings of how slow the service is. I wish I did. I only came here because of how close the nail salon is close to my house. I am driving to Columbus from now on. He lost another paying customer.
