Has to be the worst post office on the planet. I don't understand why my package can't be left in my box or over my fence like I have repeatedly asked. Some days the gate is open drive up and put it on the porch. They don't even leave a card letting you know that you have a package at the post office. If it wasn't for Amazon sending me updates and telling me that my package was delivered I wouldn't even know to go to the post office. I had this experience with this post office multiple times.
I have never experienced such horrible customer service in my life. The staff does not like to do their jobs and the woman who answers the phone is extremely rude and condescending. I would suggest that she resolve any issues that she may have going on in her personal life instead of lashing out at customers.
I went into the post office this afternoon and was immediately given disturbing looks of annoyance and inconvenience. The young lady whom was a medium complexion black woman with medium-short length black hair was very disrespectful. She acted as if she did not want to work today or assist my father and I with information about express shipping. She had a very rude and sarcastic smirk on her face as if the questions we asked for dumb. Before I left, she asked me "do you not know that there are 3 postal services." I wanted to reply with the same insulting of intelligence tone that she had, but I knew that would only make two fools in the room rather than one- her. I really hope management reads this and confronts her about this issue. Such a disappointment!
Mail delievery is great . However , the customer phone service is really horrible . Very rude when I ask a simple question like "will the post office be open if there is a storm?" I mean just a simple question and the woman is really rude about it like she hates her job. How can I get in contact with management ? Thanks
This is by far the worst post office. I've had our flag up for 3 days, and not one mail carrier has come thru. We had to call to find out why our packages were not delivered to the house. They said because there's a dog in the gate, to which I said there's a back door and the fence doesn't go around there, had they checked. The lady, who claimed to be the postmaster, got snotty. Since then we haven't gotten much, if any, service. I'm sure mail is suppose to delivery regardless of rain, shine, sleet, or snow, or attitudes. No one made them take this job. Either do it or find ppl who will. This is unacceptable of the post office.
